Discounted rates for self-pay and financial hardship are available.

Out-of-Network

You may be able to get reimbursed for your sessions with our licensed therapists by other insurance plans not listed if you have out-of-network coverage. Out-of-network benefits can be comparable to in-network benefits. Sessions with Associates cannot be reimbursed by out-of-network insurance.

How it works:

  1. You pay for your session.

  2. You receive a special receipt via email called a "Superbill."

  3. You can then submit your "Superbill" to your insurance provider to request reimbursement.

  4. Your insurance provider will then reimburse you for all or part of your session fee.

For more info, please check out this document. We will give you a Good Faith Estimate of costs prior to your session. Please note that utilizing insurance may potentially limit flexibility of treatment and requires a diagnosis to be submitted.

Health Savings/Flex Spending Accounts

With the popularity of high-deductible health insurance plans, health savings and flex spending accounts are often a wise option to get the most from your plan. These types of plans are accepted and encouraged.
